Step 1: Log in to Your HubSpot Account
- Navigate to the HubSpot homepage.
- Enter your login credentials and sign in.
Step 2: Access the CRM Dashboard
- From the main navigation bar at the top, hover over "Reports."
- Select "Dashboard" from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Choose the Relevant Dashboard
- If you have multiple dashboards, they will be listed in a dropdown menu on the top left.
- Click on the dropdown menu and select the dashboard you wish to customize.
Step 4: Initiate Dashboard Edit Mode
- Find the "Edit" button, typically located at the top right corner of the dashboard page.
- Click on this button to enable editing mode for the dashboard.
Step 5: Add New Report to Dashboard
- Click on the "Add report" button, usually represented with a "+" icon.
- You'll be presented with a list of pre-made reports or the option to create a custom report.
Step 6: Select or Create Custom Reports for KPIs
- If one of the pre-made reports aligns with your desired KPI, simply select it.
- To create a custom report:
- Click on "Create custom report."
- Choose the type of report (e.g., single data point, chart, table).
- Define the metrics, filters, and properties that relate to your specific KPI.
- Click "Save" or "Add" to add this report to your dashboard.
Step 7: Arrange Reports on the Dashboard
- In editing mode, click and drag the borders of report modules to resize them.
- Click and drag the title bar of report modules to reposition them on the dashboard.
- Arrange your reports in a way that highlights your key KPIs most effectively.
Step 8: Remove Unwanted Reports
- For any report on the dashboard that's not relevant to your KPIs:
- Hover over the report module.
- Click on the "Actions" or "Settings" icon, typically represented by three dots or a gear.
- Select "Remove" or "Delete" from the dropdown.
Step 9: Rename Your Dashboard (Optional)
- If you wish to rename your dashboard for clarity:
- Find the dashboard title at the top.
- Click on the title or the adjacent "Edit" icon.
- Type in the new name and save.
Step 10: Save Your Customized Dashboard
- Once you've made all desired changes and are satisfied with the layout:
- Click on the "Save" or "Done" button, usually located at the top right corner of the dashboard page.
