Step 1: Log in to HubSpot
- Navigate to the HubSpot homepage.
- Enter your login credentials and sign in.
Step 2: Access the Landing Page Tool
- From the main navigation bar, hover over "Marketing."
- From the dropdown menu, click on "Website" and then select "Landing Pages."
Step 3: Start a New Landing Page
- Click the "Create" button or "Create a landing page" option.
Step 4: Choose a Template
- HubSpot provides various templates for landing pages. Browse through the options.
- Once you find a template that fits your needs, click on it.
- Press the "Select" button to start editing.
Step 5: Name Your Landing Page
- A prompt will ask you to give your landing page a name.
- This name is for internal use, so choose something descriptive that you and your team can easily identify.
Step 6: Edit the Landing Page Content
- Once inside the editor, click on the sections you want to edit.
- Text: Click on text boxes to input or modify text.
- Images: Click on image placeholders to upload or change images.
- Forms: If your template includes a form, click on it to customize fields, button text, and actions after submission.
Step 7: Modify the Page's Design (Optional)
- If you want to change font styles, colors, or other design elements:
- Navigate to the "Design" tab or similar.
- Adjust settings like font, background color, button colors, and more.
Step 8: Set Up Page Settings
- Click on the "Settings" tab in the editor.
- Page Title: Input a title for your landing page. This is the title visitors will see in their browser tab.
- Page URL: Set the end part of the URL path for your landing page.
- Meta Description: Write a short description of the landing page content for search engines.
Step 9: Optimize for Mobile
- HubSpot's landing page tool offers mobile optimization.
- Click on the "Mobile Preview" or similar option to see how your page looks on mobile devices.
- Adjust any elements that don't look right or reposition them for a better mobile experience.
Step 10: Set Up Lead Forms (If Included)
- If your landing page includes a form:
- Customize the form fields based on the information you want to collect.
- Set up a thank-you message or redirect for after form submission.
Step 11: Save and Preview
- Click the "Save" button regularly while working.
- Use the "Preview" option to see how the landing page will appear to visitors.
Step 12: Publish the Landing Page
- Once satisfied with your landing page, click the "Publish" or "Go Live" button.
- Your landing page is now live and can be accessed via its URL.
Step 13: Share and Promote
- Share your landing page's URL on social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to drive traffic.
