- Click "Add Assets" within your campaign setup.
- Choose all assets related to this campaign, including emails, landing pages, social posts, blog posts, CTAs, and forms.
Step 6: Configure Multi-channel Touchpoints
- For each channel (e.g., Email, Social Media, PPC), configure the relevant settings.
- For emails: Choose the type (promotional, informational), schedule send times, and select target segments.
- For social media: Schedule posts, select platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), and set up any advertisements.
- For PPC: Link any Google Ads or Facebook Ad campaigns to track.
Step 7: Monitor Performance in Real-time
- Once your campaign is live, go back to the "Campaigns" section.
- Click on your campaign name to view real-time data on its performance.
- Monitor metrics like click-through rates, conversions, interactions, and more across all channels.
Step 8: Analyze Individual Channel Performance
- Within the campaign overview, you can dive deeper into each channel.
- Click on a specific channel to get detailed insights and analytics.
- This will help in understanding which channels are performing best and which may need optimization.
Step 9: Make Necessary Adjustments
- Based on real-time data and channel-specific insights, make any necessary changes to optimize performance.
- This might include altering ad spend, changing email send times, or tweaking social media posts.
Step 10: Report and Evaluate
- After your campaign duration ends, gather all data and generate a comprehensive report.
- Evaluate your performance against the goals set in Step 4.
- Use the insights gained to inform and improve future multi-channel campaigns.
