Step 1: Log into HubSpot
- Navigate to your HubSpot account and sign in using your credentials.
Step 2: Access the Dashboard Section
- Once logged in, find the "Dashboards" option on the main navigation menu at the top.
Step 3: Create a New Dashboard
- Click on the "Create Dashboard" button, usually found at the upper right corner.
- Enter a name for your dashboard (e.g., "Monthly Sales Goals").
Step 4: Add Relevant Reports
- Once inside the new dashboard, click on "Add Report" to select and add relevant sales reports.
- HubSpot provides a variety of predefined reports. Look for reports related to sales performance, like "Monthly Sales" or "Deals Closed vs. Goal."
Step 5: Set Monthly Sales Goals
- From the selected reports, click on the "Actions" or "Edit" option.
- Locate the "Set Goal" or similar feature.
- Enter your desired monthly sales target or goal.
Step 6: Customize the Dashboard Layout
- You can rearrange the reports by dragging and dropping them.
- Resize any report widget to ensure that all crucial information is clearly visible.
Step 7: Filter Data by Sales Rep (optional)
- If you have multiple sales representatives, you might want to view data based on individual performance.
- Click on the filter icon, usually represented by a funnel.
- Choose the sales rep's name from the drop-down list.
Step 8: Set Date Range
- To specifically track monthly goals, set the date range to display data for the current month.
- Use the date picker or predefined date ranges provided by HubSpot to adjust the view.
Step 9: Save & Share
- Once you've customized your dashboard, ensure to save any changes.
- If you wish to share this dashboard with your team, click on the "Share" button and select the relevant team members or input their email addresses.
Step 10: Set up Notifications (optional)
- Stay updated on the progress towards your goals by setting up notifications.
- Click on the "Actions" or "Settings" option in your dashboard.
- Navigate to the notifications section and set up alerts based on your preferences, such as when you've reached 75% of your monthly goal.
