Step 1: Navigate to Social Media Tools
- Log into your HubSpot account.
- Go to the "Marketing" tab on the top navigation bar.
- Select "Social" from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Connect Your Social Accounts
- Click on the "Accounts" tab.
- Click the "Connect account" button.
- Select your desired social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Follow the prompts to grant HubSpot the necessary permissions.
Step 3: Schedule a Post
- Click on the "Publishing" tab.
- Click the "Create social post" button.
- Choose the social media account you want to post to.
- Craft your message in the text field provided.
- To add an image or link, click on the corresponding icon below the text field.
- Click on the "Schedule for later" option, pick the desired date and time.
- Hit the "Schedule" button to finalize.
Step 4: Monitor Published Posts
- Under the "Publishing" tab, click on "Published" to view all your scheduled and live posts.
- Here you can edit, delete, or reschedule posts as necessary.
Step 5: Analyze Post Performance
- Click on the "Analytics" tab.
- Use the filters to select specific social accounts, date ranges, or post types.
- View detailed metrics such as clicks, shares, comments, and overall engagement.
- For deeper insights, click on individual posts.
Step 6: Review Overall Social Media Performance
- In the "Analytics" tab, navigate to the "Overview" section.
- Here, you'll see a summary of your social performance, including total engagements, top posts, and audience growth over time.
Step 7: Customize Reports
- Under "Analytics," click on the "Reports" section.
- Select "New report" to create custom reports.
- Define your metrics, filters, and visualization preferences.
- Save and name your report for future reference.
Step 8: Adjust Strategy Based on Insights
- Regularly review your post and overall social media performance.
- Use data-driven insights to refine your posting schedule, content type, and overall social strategy.
