(Step 1) Log into HubSpot
- Navigate to your HubSpot portal.
- Enter your credentials and log in.

- Select "Workflows" from the drop-down menu.

- Define any additional criteria if necessary.
(Step 6) Set Up the Action
- Once the trigger criteria are set, click on the "+ Add an action" button.
- From the menu, choose "Create a deal."
- Specify deal details, such as deal name, pipeline, and stage.
(Step 7) Customize Deal Properties (Optional)
- If desired, add more specific properties to the deal, like deal amount or close date.
- Use personalization tokens to pull specific data from the contact record if required.
(Step 8) Review Your Settings
- Go over the trigger and action settings to ensure they're correctly configured for your needs.
(Step 9) Test the Workflow
- Consider adding a test contact to see if the deal gets created correctly when the specified action is performed.
(Step 10) Activate Your Workflow
- Once you're satisfied with the setup, toggle the workflow from "Draft" to "Active."
(Step 11) Monitor and Adjust if Necessary
- Periodically check in on your workflow to ensure it's operating as desired.
- Adjust any criteria or actions as your needs evolve.
