Step 1: Log in to Your HubSpot Account
- Go to the official HubSpot login page.
- Enter your credentials to access the dashboard.
Step 2: Access the Marketing Tools
- On the main navigation bar, hover over "Marketing."
- Select "Files and Templates" from the dropdown.
Step 3: Upload Digital Assets
- Click on "Files" in the left-hand sidebar.
- Use the "Upload files" button to add your digital assets or content offers.
Step 4: Organize Your Assets
- Create folders to categorize different types of assets.
- Move files into appropriate folders by dragging them or using the move option.
Step 5: Set Permissions
- For each digital asset, click on the "Actions" dropdown.
- Select "Edit permissions."
- Decide whether the asset should be public or restricted to certain users.
Step 6: Create a Landing Page
- Return to the main navigation bar and hover over "Marketing."
- Select "Landing Pages."
- Click "Create" to start designing a new page.
- Choose a template that fits the type of content offer you have.
Step 7: Embed Your Digital Asset
- While editing the landing page, click on the "Insert" option.
- Choose the digital asset or content offer from your files.
- Insert it into the desired location on your landing page.
Step 8: Set Up a Form (if needed)
- If you want to capture lead information, add a form to the landing page.
- Customize fields as per your requirements.
- Make sure to have a "Thank You" message or a redirect set up for after form submission.
Step 9: Publish the Landing Page
- Once the design is complete and your digital asset is embedded, click on the "Publish" button at the top right.
Step 10: Distribute Your Content Offer
- Share the landing page URL on your social media, email newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- If desired, create specific marketing campaigns around this content offer for better tracking.
Step 11: Monitor Analytics
- Return to the "Landing Pages" section periodically to check on performance metrics.
- Review the number of views, downloads, form submissions, and other relevant stats.
Step 12: Iterate and Optimize
- Based on the analytics, make necessary changes to improve conversions.
- Consider A/B testing different landing page designs or offers to find what resonates best with your audience.
