Step 1: Access HubSpot Dashboard
- Log into your HubSpot account.

- Click on the "Create email" button.

Step 5: Personalize the Email Content
- Navigate back to the email editor.
- Click on areas where you want to add personalization tokens.
- From the personalization dropdown, select the specific property you want to display (e.g., first name, last product viewed).
Step 6: Set Up Sending Options
- Provide an internal email name.
- Fill in the "From Name," "From Email," and "Subject Line."
- Use personalization tokens in the subject line if desired.
Step 7: Optimize for Different Devices
- Click on the "Preview" button to see how your email looks on different devices and in different email clients.
- Make any necessary adjustments for optimal display.
Step 8: Test the Email
- Click on the "Send test email" option.
- Enter your email address or the address of other team members to receive the test.
- Review the test email for any discrepancies and ensure personalization tokens are functioning correctly.
Step 9: Schedule or Send Immediately
- If you're ready to send the email, click on the "Send" or "Schedule" button.
- If scheduling, choose the desired date and time.
Step 10: Monitor Email Performance
- Once the email is sent, return to the "Email" section under "Marketing."
- Check analytics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate to gauge the email's performance.
Step 11: Iterate Based on Feedback
- Use the analytics data to refine your future email campaigns.
- Adjust content, segmentation, or personalization based on what resonates most with your audience.
